This qualification sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework or RQF.
The qualification is made up of 3 units.
The course can be delivered in a physical or virtual classroom. There is also extensive pre-course learning. Where courses are delivered in a virtual environment quality checks whould ensure learners are fully engaged in a range of activities for the duration of the ‘classroom’ delivery.
Learners will build a portfolio of evidence. Assessors must provide sufficient justification for there assessment decisions for unit 1.

This qualification is for those looking to start teaching adult learners. The QNUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is a replacement for the commonly titled qualification “Preparing to teaching in the Lifelong learning sector” or “PTLLS”.
Pre-Requisites: This qualification is available to those over 19 years. Candidates should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent
